Custom Orders

We can create custom shirts, shackets or totes for any occasion! To better serve you, we will need some information from you...please submit the following form, and we will get back to you as soon as we can with details about how we can make your next event AMAZING with some fabulous, BOUJEE, apparel!

While we would REALLY appreciate at least 14 days advance notice. Go ahead and shoot us your details even if the date is closing in. We will do our best to accommodate!

NOTE: Custom Orders go through two (2) phases once the details of the order are confirmed: Design Phase & Production Phase. 

Custom Orders have a Design Fee of $40. The Design Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once design work has been authorized (you will receive a request for authorization via email). The Design Phase typically takes 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email once design work is complete. You will receive a proof of a design that meets the specifications of your request (subject matter, color, text, font, style, etc.), as well as a request to authorize production of the design once finalized. 

Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE once the Production Phase has begun (once you have authorized production). The Production Phase time varies, depending upon the size of the order. Custom Orders MAY BE REFUNDED if production has not yet begun (excluding the Design Fee). 


We require authorization and payment to begin design work. Once you have authorized us to begin design work, the Design Fee is non-refundable

Once design work is complete, will send you a design proof for approval, as well as a request for authorization of production.

Once approval of proof and authorization to begin production has been received, we will notify you that production has begun, and we will include an estimated shipping date.

RETURN POLICY We hope you love your boujee item(s)! Sometimes circumstances result in the need to return an item, and we get it. With the exception of custom orders (see refund policy for custom orders on the custom order form), we offer refund, or exchange, or store credit, after an item has been shipped back to us within the first 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, store credit or exchange of any kind. Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number or a copy of the email confirmation of your return in the returned package. Upcycled items are one-of-a-kind, and therefore are not eligible for replacement of an identical item. We only replace upcycled items items with similar, or "as-close-as-we-can-get-to-the-original" with respect to patch, item material, size, and color. Partial refunds may be offered in lieu of a full refund if a returned item(s) is not in its original condition, and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund, store replacement, or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If, upon inspection, the returned item is found to be unused and in the same condition it was in when you received it, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (upon inspection). If you have not received a refund after 7-10 business days of receipt of an email from us confirming your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Scottsdale, AZ 85255 You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned and exchanged items, unless an error was made on our part, such as incorrect size, color, or item. Please NOTE: Upcycled items do NOT QUALIFY as defective under any circumstances, and therefore, we will ONLY cover return shipping costs on upcycled items if we sent the wrong item. If an upcycled item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us at customercare@boujeebelle.com For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
